For me finding myself in different kinds of music has been my saving grace.
Rap, the music of my generation, spoke to me in ways that would raise the dead. It was loud, "in your face", and very unapologetic. It sounded the alarm for me to "really wrap" my in a chrysalis, transform myself into a new creation and soar to higher places and greater expectations.
